The following Terms of Service apply when you visit, access and use our website (https://void.com.hk), our mobile application (VOID), and the services provided through our website and mobile application. The Service you access is provided to you by Without Limited. These Terms of Service are provided to help explain the terms that apply to your use of the Service.

VOID is created and wholly owned by Without Limited, a certified meditation trainer. VOID carries the aim of helping different people elevate their sleeping quality and alleviate their stress, hence, strengthen their health.

The App allows you to have a calm state before you sleep. It enhances your sleeping quality and helps you with a more positive mindset to boost your self-esteem. Use it and listen to the recording in a place, where no one will be able to disturb you. It is suggested to listen to the recordings with an earphone or play it aloud in a quiet place. You are advised to follow the step-by-step instructions in the App to get the full experience. It is prohibited to use the App when you are driving or operating a machine. The App is not designed to diagnose, cure or prevent any kinds of disorder. It should never be used to replace any medical treatment. It is suggested to consult your doctor if you have any doubts. You will be allowed to use the App in the way we suggest you, once you have download or subscribed to the App.

In order to fully understand our service and protection provided to you regarding your privacy with your use of the Service, please review our Privacy Policy. Through reviewing our Privacy Policy, you will be able to understand how we use information we collect from you when you access, visit or use the Service. The Privacy Policy is part of and is limited by these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree that we may use information collected from you in accordance with its terms.

When you use the Service provided, you are fully aware that:

Disassembling, modifying, unauthorised accessing and distributing any content of the App is not allowed. Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this App is also strictly prohibited. We preserve the right to remove offensive profile pictures. There is no guarantee of server stability because of natural disasters, power outage, terrorist attack and hackers. We are not liable for any damages caused due to misuse of the App and reserve the right to terminate or suspend the App or the App account at any time.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that the availability of the Service may be dependent on third party websites from which you download the Service, e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, also known as Third Part App Store. You understand that these Terms of Service are between you and Without Limited but not with the applicable Third Party App Store. Each Third Party App Store may have its own terms and conditions to which you must agree before downloading the Service from it. You agree to comply with, and your license to use the Service is conditioned upon, your compliance with, the applicable Third Party App Store terms and conditions. To the extent that other terms and conditions from the applicable Third Party App Store are less restrictive than, or otherwise conflict with, the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, the more restrictive or conflicting terms and conditions in these Terms of Service will apply.

Regarding Third Party Sites, our service provided may contain links to websites operated by third parties. For example, you may be able to share Contributions or other information with Third Party Sites through links on the Service. Please notice a acknowledge that we do not own or operate the Third Party Sites involved, and we have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including goods or services, made available through Third Party Sites. Any Third Party Sites that operate or involved in our website, APP or social media do not represent, warrant or imply that we endorse any Third Party Sites or any materials, opinions, goods or services available on them. Third party materials accessed through or used by means of the Third Party Sites may also be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The above and following Terms of Service stated do not apply to any of the Third Party Sites associated to our service. You should review the Third Party Site’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before visiting their sites, through any means available. And be alert of any potential harm or dissatisfaction brought to you by the practices of any of the Third Party Sites. We are not responsible to inform you and explain to you the Terms of Service, so as the Privacy Policy of any of the Third Party Sites that you may be directed to through our service.

As long as the law applies, in no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any Third Party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages. The above mentioned includes loss profit damages aroused from your use of the service, contributions, materials or any other content therein. Regardless the relativity or content stated in the Terms of Service, our liability to you in respect of any loss or damage by you shall not exceed HKD500. The above mentioned in this paragraph includes the loss and damage suffered by you that is aroused out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, whether in contract; tort; for breach of statutory duty or in any duty or in any other ways.

This App provided as VOID, with all faults, we express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this App or the materials contained on this App. Also, nothing on this App shall be interpreted as advising you.

Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not operate as a waiver of the applicable right or provision. These Terms of Service operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Service is unlawful, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

By accessing the App, you agree to be restricted by these terms legally. These terms may be updated without notice when we see fit. It is suggested to review the app every now and find out the change of the terms.

If any of our employees offers to modify the terms of these Terms of Service in response to your enquiries or advices, his or her action does not represent VOID as an agent or speak on our behalf. You may not rely, and should not act in reliance on, any statement or communication from our employees or anyone else trying to act on our behalf.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not operate as a waiver of the applicable right or provision.

In case of any dispute, the company reserves all rights of final decision.
