Without Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We have provided this Privacy policy to safeguard and respect your confidentiality, given that you are our clients.

Your use of the VOID app indicates that you accept this Privacy Policy and approve the collection, use and disclosure by Without Limited, of your personal information according to the terms below.

What is personal information?

Personal information are information or an opinion, which will make an individual identified or reasonably identifiable (no matter true or not and no matter recorded in a material form or not).

We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected unless:

  1. You have consented to its use for another purpose
  2. You would reasonably expect it to be used for a related purpose (or if the information is sensitive information, for a directly related purpose.
  3. It is permitted or required by law.

We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent, unless permitted or required to do so by law.

Sensitive information will generally have greater privacy protections under the Privacy Act. It covers information about health, race and sexual preferences or practices, among other things. We will only collect such information from you and only if it is relevant to our service provided.

We hold your personal information electronically and as hard copy paper files kept in Without Limited office.

We take steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that personal information is protected from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet is totally secure. Although we promise to do our best to protect your information, we give no warranty and cannot ensure the security of any information which you send online. Accordingly, any information which you transmit in VOID via the Internet is transmitted at your own risk.

Your personal information is only kept while it is required for the purpose for which it was collected, for a permitted secondary purpose or as required by law. In addition, we do not store any credit card information on our servers.

If your personal information is inaccurate, not up to date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, you generally have the right to have access to your personal information, for correction and deletion purposes only. Please contact us if you have such enquiry. We will respond to access and correction requests within a reasonable period. You may be able to send your request to our staff (see contact details below). We may deny your request in certain circumstances, given that only if we are legally entitled to do so. A written explanation will be given for any denial of an access or correction request.

In certain circumstances, if your communication with us raises safety concerns we will try to contact you to check that you and/or others are safe. If necessary, we may need to pass on your contact information (if you have supplied it) to authorities who can help protect you and/or others, such as a crisis service or the police. Where possible we will work with you openly, letting you know if our concerns reach the point where we need to involve other services. We are obliged to try to protect you and/or others if the information you submit tells us that:  

  1. You are being threatened by someone else lethally   
  2. You are thinking of harming yourself  lethally
  3. Someone else is being, is likely to be, harmed by you or another person which might cause serious consequences

We will investigate your complaint and communicate the outcome of our investigation within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our investigation, you can refer your complaint to the Hong Kong police.
